How does Qunifi OneVoice guarantee uptime and service availability?
Engineered for reliability and uptime, Qunifi OneVoice’s mirrored, fully redundant data centres are at the heart of the UK’s internet backbone, to route calls quickly and efficiently, for high quality, high-availability communications.
Qunifi OneVoice is one of the few UK cloud communications providers to offer an SLA guaranteeing >99.9% service availability, with a voice call quality guarantee.
How does Qunifi OneVoice compare to the competition?
Unlike other cloud solutions, Qunifi OneVoice offers both choice and flexibility without increasing the pricing for what are considered everyday services such as Voicemail, Auto-Attendant, Conferencing and Voice Recording.
One of the key differentiators though is the integration Qunifi OneVoice offers with Microsoft. Often, a search through the reams of documentation posted by telecoms vendors, will find the words “Integration” and “Microsoft” all used within the same sentence. However, most of this integration requires you to load plugins, use different apps on phones and ultimately compromise the user experience to fit into their roadmap.
With our solution, there is no compromise; if you use Skype for Business then it can be used as the endpoint anywhere and in any way. A mix of Skype and standard voice licences, are also a way to go.
We have used our wealth of industry knowledge, and our close relationships with Partners, to create a product that works for them and the end user; regardless of the vendor’s roadmap.
So, how does Qunfi OneVoice compare to the competition? There really is no comparison and more importantly there is no compromise.
What about phones and devices?
The Qunifi OneVoice platform is built around industry standards, allowing you to connect virtually any SIP (or Skype for Business) device to the platform successfully. Qunifi specify a range of devices that are approved and to make life easy for our partners we have integrated provisioning for a several leading device providers, giving zero-touch configuration on Qunifi supported devices.
To assist our channel, we have a distribution partner with whom we have negotiated heavily discounted pricing, on selected SIP and Skype for Business hardware, for Qunifi Partners. By bringing together the combined individual buying power of our Partner network, you can access much better discount levels and retain higher margins.
How Can I Request a Demo?
Trials and demonstrations are often an important part of the sales process;
Qunifi is keen to provide the facility for any Partner to offer trials to its customers and has a standard process for Partners to use when setting up trial licences. At the end of a trial period, the trial will automatically convert to full licences, so there’s no need to provision anything new if the customer is happy (which they will be).
Qunifi Partners have access to demo accounts for their customers; the more successful partners use Qunifi Onevoice themselves and can demo the service in a real-life environment.
How does migration work and what about my phone number?
Qunifi operates a low-risk, non-disruptive migration plan, for Partners to deliver to their customers. The Qunifi porting team manage and track the number porting process, to ensure the customer has zero loss of service and no disruption.
Qunifi can provide new numbers and porting any UK area code and can also provide international numbering in over 66 countries.
